Senior Manager, Data Science

Responsibilities

• Set AI and data science strategy across ML, NLP, search, recommendation, and generative AI to align with product goals and business priorities.
• Lead and develop high-performing technical teams by coaching talent, setting priorities, and fostering scientific rigor.
• Deliver advanced AI and knowledge-discovery systems through the full lifecycle, from experimentation to production.
• Implement LLMs, RAG, semantic search, and domain-enriched AI solutions.
• Establish robust evaluation frameworks, metrics, and responsible AI standards to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape product roadmaps and translate technical insights into business impact.

Requirements

• Significant experience in data science, AI/ML, NLP, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong technical expertise in machine learning, deep learning, generative AI, and production AI systems.
• Hands-on experience delivering AI-powered products using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, or agentic workflows.
• Proven success leading and developing technical teams in complex environments.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets and building scalable, production-ready AI/ML systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
