Senior Manager, Data Science

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate business plans, identifying opportunities for advanced analytics to optimize performance
• Hire, coach, and mentor analytics professionals to build a high-performing team
• Lead projects from requirements gathering to solution design, implementation, and post-delivery optimization
• Develop custom data models and utilize SQL, MS Fabric, Python, and BI tools for complex datasets
• Present insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership, translating technical findings into business strategy
• Ensure data integrity and audit data collection methods to maintain high data governance standards

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in analytics
• 2–5+ years in a leadership or managerial role
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Advanced SQL expertise and proficiency in Python
• Mastery of BI visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience working with Azure cloud platforms

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with implementing predictive modeling and AI technologies
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power Automate
• Proven ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Experience in data modeling, simulation, and forecasting
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
