Senior Manager, Data Science

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and enhancement of predictive Customer Progression models across the full model lifecycle.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of data scientists, fostering technical and professional growth.
• Analyze large-scale, complex datasets to generate actionable insights and influence business strategy.
• Partner with Product, Operations, and Data Engineering teams to identify new use cases and build scalable modeling infrastructure.
• Design and support controlled experiments (A/B testing) to evaluate new solutions and model outcomes.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and model insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 4+ years of experience in Python or similar languages for large-scale data analysis.
• Proven expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Proficiency working with data lakes, cloud platforms, and relational databases (SQL).
• Demonstrated experience mentoring or developing team members.
• Strong analytical mindset and project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience developing and deploying NLP (Natural Language Processing) solutions.
• Experience with information retrieval, sentiment analysis, topic modeling, and deep learning techniques.
