Senior Manager-Data Science

Responsibilities

• Define and lead personalization strategies across SME acquisition journeys to align with business goals.
• Lead the design and deployment of AI/ML and GenAI-driven decisioning systems, such as next-best-action and adaptive journeys.
• Architect scalable data science solutions and reusable frameworks leveraging large, complex datasets.
• Partner with engineering teams to productionize and scale models in real-time environments.
• Tackle ambiguous, high-impact business problems using structured, hypothesis-driven thinking.
• Serve as a key thought partner to marketing, product, and engineering leaders to influence roadmap prioritization.
• Mentor junior team members and elevate technical standards across the organization.

Requirements

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex problems into structured solutions.
• Strong programming experience in Python and SQL.
• 3-4 years of hands-on experience with machine learning techniques (e.g., regression, clustering, tree-based models).
• Experience working with large-scale data and building analytical solutions in a digital or product environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and marketing.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical ideas into actionable narratives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in personalization, recommendation systems, or real-time decisioning.
• Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Economics.
• Familiarity with digital ecosystems, including web/app analytics, martech stacks, and experimentation platforms.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI applications, including LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Experience building end-to-end data products or decisioning systems.
