Senior Manager Data Management Agentic Solutions

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and execution of AI-driven automation initiatives across Clinical Data Management operations
• Design and implement LLM-powered agents to automate workflows including data ingestion, quality management, and reporting
• Drive automation of complex clinical data processes such as query generation, reconciliation, and deviation detection
• Build scalable data workflows to process and harmonize data from EDC systems and external vendors
• Establish governance frameworks for AI solutions, ensuring validation, auditability, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Lead and mentor a team of AI engineers and data scientists to ensure high-quality delivery and alignment with business priorities
• Partner with Data Management, Biostatistics, and Clinical teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities

Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in AI/ML, data science, or related fields
• 3+ years of people management experience
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related field
• Strong expertise in AI/ML, large language models (LLMs), and agent-based workflow automation
• Experience with LLM platforms and agent frameworks such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or LangChain
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with experience in data engineering and AI pipelines
• Understanding of clinical data management, EDC systems, and clinical trial workflows
• Familiarity with CDISC standards and regulatory requirements in a GxP environment
