Senior Manager, Data Enablement Operations

Responsibilities

• Support operational processes to aggregate, organize, and distribute partnership information across teams
• Maintain documentation, requirements, and workflows for partnership management and product requests
• Manage operational repositories, tracking systems, and dashboards to improve visibility
• Partner with GTM, Enablement, and Operations teams to develop training materials and documentation
• Coordinate with Commercial, Product, Legal, and regional stakeholders on day-to-day partnership operations
• Track and report operational metrics and KPIs to identify trends and process improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Experience in partnership operations, program management, or business operations
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Experience working within cross-functional and matrixed organizations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workflows simultaneously
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities
• Analytical mindset with a focus on process improvement
• Experience with operational tooling or workflow management systems preferred
