Senior Manager, Data Cloud Applications

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end development of high-visibility Data Cloud intelligence applications within the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP).
• Define product vision and MVP scope to transform large-scale data signals into intuitive, enterprise-ready visualization and decision experiences.
• Author comprehensive PRDs and manage the full product development lifecycle from ideation through release and iteration.
• Partner with global cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, AI, and Analytics to architect scalable applications.
• Drive the integration of AI-native capabilities, such as automated intelligence generation and conversational data exploration.
• Manage execution discipline by proactively mitigating risks and managing dependencies across concurrent initiatives.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and senior leadership to provide transparency on progress and release plans.
• Support post-launch adoption by partnering with GTM teams and incorporating stakeholder feedback into product enhancements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience managing SaaS products, preferably in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Proven track record of building and managing technology products across the full development lifecycle.
• Strong expertise in data analysis and data visualization principles.
• Experience with AI-enabled product experiences, such as automated insight generation or conversational interfaces.
• Deep knowledge of the digital marketing and advertising ecosystem.
• High-agency leadership style with the ability to make data-informed decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Strong mentoring skills and experience fostering accountability within a team.
