About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team of analysts on the People Strategy and Analytics team to drive data democratization and advanced reporting.
- Refine and evolve people analytics frameworks and data standards to ensure accuracy, compliance, and scalability.
- Plan and execute high-priority data projects related to talent acquisition, international strategy, and organizational mandates.
- Coach, mentor, and upskill analysts to foster a culture of technical excellence and professional growth.
- Diagnose complex data integrity and technical pipeline challenges to mitigate workforce data risks.
- Research and prototype next-generation AI and automation tools to advance HR data capabilities.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear narratives and data-driven recommendations for senior leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science) plus 7+ years of data analytics experience, or a Master's degree plus 5+ years of experience.
- At least 5 years of experience performing professional data analysis work.
- At least 5 years of experience leading and developing with open source data technologies.
- At least 2 years of experience in people management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree or PhD in a quantitative or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in hands-on statistical or econometric work.
- 5+ years of experience manipulating large datasets and developing/validating statistical models.
- Experience in the financial services industry and with data governance.
- Experience with predictive analytics and utilizing AI platforms.
- 2+ years of experience specifically within Human Resources or People Analytics.
