Senior Manager, DACH Region

We ignite the passions of global sports fans and maximize the presence and reach for our hundreds of sports partners globally by offering products and services across Fanatics Commerce, Fanatics Collectibles, and Fanatics Betting & Gaming.

Responsibilities

• Own full DACH P&L-style metrics including GMV, revenue, and seller growth
• Develop and execute the strategic plan for the DACH market
• Identify, attract, and scale high-potential sellers, breakers, and creators
• Manage and develop the DACH commercial team as a player-coach
• Lead contract negotiations and performance planning with key partners
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute global campaigns for local audiences
• Adapt global programming to be locally relevant for DACH audiences

Requirements

• 7+ years in strategy, commercial leadership, or marketplace operations
• Proven track record of delivering commercial outcomes
• Deep understanding of the DACH market and consumer behavior
• Experience building and scaling partner ecosystems or seller networks
• Experience managing and developing teams
• Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in two-sided marketplaces or live commerce
• Background in collectibles or the creator economy
• Familiarity with SQL, Salesforce, Sigma, or Tableau
