Senior Manager, Cyber Audit and Regulatory Engagements

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic plans to mature regulatory engagement and executive reporting programs, including the use of AI to accelerate productivity.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of audit, regulatory, and executive reporting artifacts, such as regulatory examination walkthrough slides.
• Tailor verbal and written communications to suit various audiences, articulating program strategy, processes, and measurements.
• Monitor and analyze engagement data and metrics to identify trends, gaps, and actionable recommendations for executive leadership.
• Manage the issue resolution process by partnering with Risk and technology teams to ensure timely remediation of findings and regulatory MRAs/MRIAs.
• Proactively prepare the cyber organization for upcoming engagements by maintaining the engagement calendar with risk and regulatory partners.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 6 years of experience in cybersecurity or technology.
• At least 4 years of experience in process or project management.
• At least 4 years of experience in risk management or audit.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 7+ years of project management, IT, or Cyber audit experience.
• Business Process Management (BPM) certification.
• Lean Six Sigma certification.
