Senior Manager, Customer Marketing

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a customer marketing team of 2
• Lead and execute customer lifecycle marketing programs spanning onboarding, adoption, education, retention and expansion
• Manage customer communications including newsletters, product announcements, webinars and educational programming
• Develop segmentation and journey strategies by persona, region, and customer maturity
• Partner with Customer Success, Product and Product Marketing to design cross-sell and upsell campaigns
• Deliver coordinated omni-channel programs across email, lifecycle automation, ABM, and social channels
• Support and scale customer advocacy programs including references, testimonials, and case studies
• Establish reporting and measurement frameworks for engagement and retention campaigns
• Support regional customer marketing needs with localized campaigns and messaging
• Manage the customer marketing budget and vendor relationships

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS
• 2+ years of experience managing programs, projects, or people
• Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes in adoption, retention, and expansion
• Experience supporting programs across multiple regions (North America, EMEA, APAC)
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and journey design
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms like Salesforce and HubSpot
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
