Senior Manager Customer Lifecycle, Retail Investments

Responsibilities

• Define and implement product development, sales, and marketing strategies for retail investment portfolios with P&L accountability
• Conduct market research, forecasting, pricing, and competitive analysis to drive product innovation
• Oversee the development of business analytics, including portfolio profitability, customer analytics, and revenue forecasts
• Lead change management programs and develop communication strategies to influence customer behavior
• Identify existing and potential risks, developing management controls and processes to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop sales training materials and optimize the customer experience
• Manage resources and lead the execution of strategic initiatives to meet business and financial goals

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant experience in investment or product management
• Post-secondary degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience
• Completion of relevant investment certifications
• Proven expertise in risk management and effective investment performance
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Ability to manage ambiguity and lead cross-functional collaboration
