Senior Manager, Customer Intelligence

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the Customer Intelligence measurement agenda, including segmentation frameworks, causal impact analyses, and retention analytics
• Scope ambiguous business questions and translate them into actionable analytical problems
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of analytical talent, partnering with engineering and data science support
• Set high standards for analytical storytelling to ensure deliverables are decision-ready for executive audiences
• Partner with technical teams to productionize methodologies and build reusable datasets using SQL, Python, and Airflow
• Facilitate analytical conversations that connect data to business decisions across product, marketing, finance, and strategy
• Utilize AI tools and LLM-based assistants to accelerate team output and workflow automation

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in analytically-grounded roles
• 3+ years of experience leading teams or functions, ideally in consumer tech or subscription businesses
• Proficiency in SQL and a working knowledge of Python
• Direct experience with causal inference methods (e.g., difference-in-differences, propensity matching)
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
• Familiarity with pipeline infrastructure like Airflow or GitLab
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field
