About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own segmentation strategies for key campaigns and seasonal moments to optimize ROI.
  • Translate customer behavior and performance trends into actionable business insights and playbooks.
  • Define success metrics and identify meaningful behaviors that drive funnel performance and long-term value.
  • Partner with Marketing, Digital, and Executive stakeholders to shape personalization and targeting strategies.
  • Define business requirements for data models and attributes to power future roadmap initiatives.
  • Leverage customer research, surveys, and feedback to ensure strategies are grounded in the voice of the customer.

Requirements

  • Strong foundation in analytics, data science, or technical roles with the ability to drive business impact.
  • Deep experience in customer data, insights, or performance marketing.
  • Proven ability in business storytelling to communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Ability to bridge technical data with business needs through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI to enhance insights and decision-making.
  • Experience thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in digital, performance, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketing.
