Senior Manager CSR & Sustainability Communications

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and communicate a Corporate Citizenship strategy, including the "Family Social Responsibility" program
• Manage internal inquiries regarding social engagement and charitable activities
• Act as the central contact for agencies and implementation partners
• Further develop the "Sustainable Business" topic as part of the communication strategy
• Support the global core corporate communications team, organizing meetings and workshops
• Contribute to the development of global communication processes, particularly in crisis communication
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement

Requirements

• Completed degree in Communication, Media, Social Sciences, or a related field
• At least 5 years of professional experience, preferably in-house or at an NGO
• Proven experience and knowledge in CSR and sustainability
• Ability to implement corporate content creatively and target-group oriented
• Very good German and English language skills
• Team player with a hands-on mentality
