Senior Manager - Cross Cutting Integration

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams responsible for Diagnostics, OTA (Over-the-Air updates), and Vehicle Cybersecurity integration
• Own end-to-end system integration, validation, and production readiness for vehicle software
• Lead engineering teams across diagnostics integration, OTA testing, and vehicle deployment
• Ensure seamless integration across ECU diagnostics (UDS, DoIP), OTA update systems, and security layers
• Own validation strategy across SIL, HIL, and vehicle-level testing
• Establish and enforce release quality gates and sign-off criteria
• Align with backend/cloud OTA teams for end-to-end delivery
• Implement vehicle security features including secure boot, encryption, and authentication protocols
• Partner with embedded software, EE architecture, and manufacturing teams
• Drive root cause analysis of cross-domain issues and support integration war-room activities

Requirements

• Master’s degree in electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 12+ years of professional experience
• Strong understanding of vehicle E/E architecture and ECU-level software stacks
• Proficiency in automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Ethernet, A2B, LVDS)
• Expertise in UDS diagnostics (ISO 14229) and diagnostic communication tools
• Expert knowledge of Jira, GitHub/GitLab, Jenkins, and Artifactory
• Proficiency in ALM/PLM tools such as Siemens Polarion, IBM DOORS Next Gen, or PTC Windchill
• Experience with MATLAB/Simulink, dSpace control desk, and automation desk
• Knowledge of automotive design and development processes and ISO 21434 compliance
