Senior Manager, CRM & Retention Marketing

Responsibilities

• Own lifecycle marketing strategy across email, SMS, and app push
• Implement and manage CRM and ESP platform stacks
• Partner with Performance Marketing on audience strategy and suppression logic
• Collaborate with retail teams to translate CRM data into in-store clienteling tactics
• Brief creative teams on lifecycle assets for campaigns and evergreen programs
• Build reporting frameworks for repeat rate, LTV, and lapsed rate

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing within DTC or fashion
• Proven track record optimizing email and SMS programs
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for predictive segmentation or generative content
• Strong analytical skills to turn customer data into actionable strategies
• Proficiency with Shopify, ESP, CRM platforms, and marketing analytics tools
• Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report
• Excellent written communication skills
