Senior Manager, Creator Strategy

Responsibilities

• Develop and evolve creator strategy frameworks aligned with brand priorities and business goals
• Support creator engagement models to strengthen player acquisition and community growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate creator considerations throughout the game lifecycle
• Share expertise on creator ecosystems, digital platforms, and industry trends
• Identify opportunities for innovative creator partnerships and scalable engagement
• Mentor and support Creator Strategy team members through coaching and feedback
• Review campaign performance and contribute data-informed recommendations

Requirements

• Experience developing creator strategies, influencer campaigns, or digital marketing initiatives
• Knowledge of gaming culture, creator communities, and streaming platforms
• Experience collaborating across international and matrixed organisations
• Ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience mentoring teams or supporting collaborative development
• Understanding of campaign measurement and performance reporting
• Familiarity with Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Discord, and Instagram
• Strong communication, storytelling, and organisational skills
