Senior Manager, Creative Strategy

Responsibilities

• Set the creative strategy for partnership campaigns by translating sports, entertainment, and partnership opportunities into inspiring creative springboards.
• Apply a deep understanding of fandom, cultural behavior, and partnership ecosystems to briefs to ensure authentic brand presence.
• Produce persuasive, beautifully crafted decks that simplify complex strategies for senior stakeholders.
• Partner with creative teams during early development to shape and nurture ideas.
• Collaborate with Communications Strategy to ensure partnership ideas scale effectively across all touchpoints.
• Own the learning loop by using effectiveness signals to refine in-market work and inform future briefs.

Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of experience in creative or brand strategy within an agency or in-house environment.
• Proven experience in sports, entertainment, or partnership advertising.
• Deep understanding of fandom and cultural activation.
• Strong writing, deck craft, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as necessary to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience with emerging tools and AI-assisted strategic thinking.
