Senior Manager, Creative Strategy and Planning

Responsibilities

• Author and draft franchise positioning and strategy frameworks for both Marketing and Studio teams
• Maintain strategic continuity over long development cycles from announcement to launch
• Write and refine compelling creative briefs that translate business objectives into actionable direction
• Act as a strategic liaison between marketing teams, internal creative departments, and studio cultures
• Manage the balance between business requirements and creative integrity
• Inform creative development through the lens of modern media consumption and channel intent
• Partner with Insights and Marketing Tech teams to validate strategies through data
• Manage day-to-day strategic workflow for an assigned portfolio of franchises

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in creative strategy, brand planning, or communications strategy within the gaming industry
• Expert-level craft in co-authoring franchise-level positioning and creative platforms
• Deep knowledge of core gaming franchises and player base nuances
• Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and managing stakeholder tension
• Excellent storytelling and presentation skills
• Ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans
