About the role
Responsibilities
- Allocate and project manage creative initiatives, with a specific focus on editorial and events
- Develop and track project timelines, ensuring adjustments are made for leadership reviews and final sign-offs
- Act as the primary liaison between business leads and the creative team to ensure best practices are followed
- Manage the creative operations relationship with external production agencies
- Collaborate with the creative ops team to pull reports and flag project prioritization to marketing leadership
- Orchestrate the process for requesting legal sign-off for marketing collateral and media
- Maintain and optimize the company's Project Management Tool, providing recommendations for process improvements
- Identify and implement improvements regarding project performance and workflow efficiency
Requirements
- 7-9 years of project management experience within a creative/digital agency or in-house creative team setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Business, or a related field
- Strong familiarity with project management best practices and software
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills
- Proven ability to pivot quickly while maintaining high attention to detail
- Experience coordinating multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines with various stakeholders
