About the role
Responsibilities
- Co-architect and implement scalable creative operations systems to streamline workflows
- Lead transformation of creative process maturity, including intake and prioritization frameworks
- Manage creative production timelines, trafficking, and deliverables
- Oversee execution of creative productions, shoots, and events
- Build and maintain capacity and resource planning models
- Develop and manage a network of freelance talent, vendors, and agencies
- Pilot AI tools and automation solutions to improve creative output
- Support management of the creative operations budget and monitor ROI
- Act as a connective tissue between creative, channels, editorial, and finance
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a Creative Operations role in-house or at an agency
- Experience working in fast-paced environments managing multiple brands
- Detailed understanding of design, copy, video, and digital best-practice guidelines
- Strong understanding of marketing platforms and creative deliverables
- Experience with budget management and optimization
- Expertise in social media and digital-first production is highly desired
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity
