Senior Manager, Creative Operations

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end creative production pipeline, including intake, briefing, assignment, and delivery across all Havenly Brands.
• Build and maintain structured workflows, project timelines, and capacity plans to manage high volumes of requests.
• Directly manage a team of graphic designers, providing direction, constructive feedback, and professional development.
• Establish and report on creative team KPIs such as turnaround time, revision rates, and throughput.
• Champion the integration of AI tools and creative automation into production workflows to increase efficiency.
• Ensure all creative output aligns with distinct brand guidelines for Havenly, Interior Define, Burrow, and The Expert Collection.
• Partner with Growth and Marketing teams to translate performance data into actionable creative insights.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing graphic designers and leading creative teams.
• Deep expertise in workflow management and creative production pipeline ownership.
• Strong ability to build systems, manage capacity, and drive accountability.
• Experience with brand stewardship and maintaining visual identity across multiple brands.
• Proficiency in using data and KPIs to inform creative decisions and report on team performance.
• Experience or strong interest in integrating AI tools and automation into creative processes.
