Senior Manager, Creative

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the creative team, including scheduling, workload distribution, and resource planning
• Directly manage a team of art directors and concept artists through 1:1s and career development support
• Collaborate with the Creative Director and product leadership to translate creative vision into actionable briefs and timelines
• Partner with the Director of Card Production to build and support the art production pipeline
• Standardize workflows with external freelancers and art vendors, managing contracts and resolving bottlenecks
• Maintain team tools, asset management systems, and production workflows
• Act as a liaison between the creative team and cross-functional partners in game design, product, and marketing

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in creative production, art management, or studio management within games or related industries
• Proven experience managing creatives and developing talent
• Deep familiarity with art production pipelines, asset management, and review processes
• Experience coordinating with external freelancers and creative vendors
• High EQ and strong interpersonal skills to build trust and resolve conflict
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency with project management and asset management tools

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in or strong familiarity with the trading card, tabletop games, or collectibles space
• Experience working in an early-stage or fast-moving studio environment
