Senior Manager, Courier & Logistics

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision for the team, translating high-level business goals into actionable workstreams to support network stability and resilience.
• Coach, develop, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of ownership and technical excellence.
• Monitor network dynamics to identify emerging risks or opportunities and implement effective operational responses.
• Balance team capacity against fast-moving operational demands to bridge the gap between data insights and cross-market execution.
• Act as a primary advocate for the team, building strong relationships with Product, Data, and broader Operations functions.
• Secure cross-functional buy-in and communicate strategic trade-offs to senior leadership.

• Proven people leadership experience managing and developing teams in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated ability to translate high-level business objectives into clear, actionable frameworks and own end-to-end execution.
• Expert stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership across different functions.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and use data to structure complex problems.
• An outcome-oriented mindset with a track record of focusing on scalable business results.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience within courier, logistics, or gig economy operations.
• Familiarity with experimentation, measurement design, and operational change management.
• Experience using basic automation tools to streamline repetitive workflows in high-volume operations.
