Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy

Responsibilities

• Support the development of enterprise strategy and the execution of high-priority strategic initiatives across Brands, Regions, and Functions
• Drive analytics by evaluating complex large datasets, including market data, trends, and financials
• Develop and communicate strategic insights to drive perspectives on new business opportunities
• Assess the business context across consumers, competitors, categories, channels, and geographies to support long-term growth
• Monitor and synthesize external industry developments, such as consumer trends, competitor moves, and regulatory shifts
• Collaborate on key strategic initiatives and support senior leaders in evaluating growth opportunities and strategic priorities

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning, or business analysis
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to synthesize complex findings into actionable insights
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to structure ambiguous business questions
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
• Effective stakeholder management skills and experience working across various functions
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Strategy consulting experience
• Experience within the beauty, consumer products, luxury, or retail industries
• A strong passion for the beauty industry and an interest in evolving consumer needs and cultural trends
