Senior Manager, Corporate Services

Responsibilities

• Manage approximately £35m in Corporate Services spend, including consulting, HR, financial, legal, and fleet services
• Develop and implement comprehensive sourcing strategies for the NAM region in collaboration with global category teams
• Deliver financial benefits in alignment with the Procurement Plan and Savings Methodology
• Influence key stakeholders and business partners to support strategy development and execution
• Build and manage strategic relationships with key suppliers to drive value and operational excellence
• Lead contract planning, negotiation, and maintenance with global suppliers
• Manage third-party risks and transform end-to-end spend to improve cost control and complexity reduction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 7+ years of operational procurement experience across multiple categories
• Expertise in sourcing, quotation analysis, and contract negotiation
• Proven experience in category management and strategy implementation
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder influencing skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
• Knowledge of finance (cost benchmarking, supplier audits) and legal/contracting principles

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field
• Experience working within matrixed or global organizations
• Deep understanding of supplier relationship models and market dynamics
• Demonstrated leadership capability and ability to drive change
• Experience in procurement risk management and cross-functional networking
