Senior Manager, Corporate Security

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end security operations across multiple delivery centers in India, including Noida, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vizag, and Cochin.
• Manage and govern security vendors, including guarding, SOC, and electronic surveillance partners, ensuring SLA/KPI adherence.
• Oversee physical and electronic security systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Fire Detection, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and global regulatory frameworks including ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, and HITRUST.
• Drive Emergency Response Team (ERT) readiness, conduct drills, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCP) and Emergency Action Plans.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders in HR, IT, Facilities, and Compliance to provide regular security posture updates and risk mitigation plans.
• Lead incident management, investigations, and crisis response protocols.

Requirements

• Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
• 10–15 years of corporate security experience, specifically within IT, ITES, or BPO environments.
• Proven experience managing security operations across multiple locations and cities.
• Deep knowledge of physical and electronic security infrastructure (CCTV, Access Control, SOC, etc.).
• Strong expertise in vendor management and contract governance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage compliance audits (ISO, PCI, HIPAA, HITRUST).

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in the Armed Forces with subsequent corporate security exposure.
• Extensive experience in large campus environments or managing facility and transport security.
• Strong analytical thinking and high-level risk awareness.
