Senior Manager, Corporate Functions Compliance Testing

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the scope and execution of compliance testing for Corporate Functions across international jurisdictions and Canada.
• Develop, support, and execute the annual testing plan in coordination with local compliance counterparts, first line, and internal audit.
• Identify potential violations or risks of non-compliance and provide recommendations to mitigate risk.
• Report testing status and results to Senior Management, escalating potential issues and exceptions.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key contacts in Business Lines and Corporate Functions to ensure alignment across the three lines of defense.
• Validate management actions taken to remediate and ensure the sustainability of closed testing issues.
• Drive a high-performance, inclusive environment by coaching and developing team members.

Requirements

• BA or international equivalent with a professional designation such as CPA, CFA, MBA, or CISA.
• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory exam support.
• At least 3+ years of direct experience in testing or audit functions.
• Deep knowledge of Corporate Functions (e.g., Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Risk Management) and related regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with Senior Executives.
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred.
