Senior Manager, Corporate Development

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle M&A transactions from investment thesis development through sourcing, diligence, negotiation, deal structuring, legal documentation, and closing
• Build and manage direct and intermediary relationships to source proprietary deal flow
• Identify, structure, and launch strategic partnerships, particularly around data acquisition opportunities
• Scope, negotiate, and launch large commercial deals involving data assets and other strategic resources

Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, or corporate development
• Demonstrated experience managing deals end-to-end
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
• Experience managing intermediary relationships
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to operate as an independent contributor in high-growth, ambiguous environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Insurance or InsureTech experience
• FinTech background
