Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between internal data and the global investment community
• Own the company's financial story and manage investor relations
• Execute inorganic growth strategies to maintain market position
• Develop frameworks for evaluating and scouting M&A opportunities
• Coordinate cross-functional projects including fundraising, M&A deals, and Investor Days

Requirements

• 6+ years of total professional experience
• 3+ years in Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or Investor Relations
• Advanced financial modeling skills for forecasting and fundraising
• Ability to convert technical details into compelling investor narratives
• Proven experience in handling M&A deals and fundraising

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the Indian fintech ecosystem and understanding of regulatory shifts
• Experience working at an early or growth-stage startup
