About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead research and analysis on growth opportunities, including acquisitions, strategic investments, and commercial partnerships
- Evaluate target positioning, competitive landscapes, market dynamics, and potential risks
- Create and maintain complex financial models and valuation analyses, including DCF, comparable company, and accretion/dilution
- Partner with Business Unit Strategy, Product, and Finance leaders to prepare executive-level presentations and support approval processes
- Manage cross-functional due diligence and deal execution across Finance, Legal, HR, Risk, and Technology teams
- Participate in structuring and negotiating principal commercial and legal transaction terms and documentation
- Drive pre-closing integration planning and support post-close integration readiness
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in equity research or M&A (investment banking, private equity, or corporate development)
- Strong capabilities in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis
- Proficiency with valuation methodologies including discounted cash flow and accretion/dilution
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or other advanced degree
- Experience managing external advisors such as investment banks, law firms, and accounting services through deal execution
