Senior Manager – Controllership

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly and quarterly close activities including journal entries, accruals, provisions, and intercompany accounting
• Own GL reconciliations for bank, AR/AP, deferred revenue, payroll, and taxes
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition under Ind AS 115 / ASC 606 and lease accounting under Ind AS 116 / ASC 842
• Support multi-entity, multi-currency accounting, consolidations, and FX translation
• Manage GST, TDS/TCS, and corporate tax data packs
• Coordinate cross-border payment compliance including Form 15CA/CB and FEMA requirements
• Maintain and strengthen internal controls (ICFR / SOX-like)
• Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors to manage PBCs and audit closure
• Drive process improvements and automation across close and compliance
• Partner with IT on NetSuite enhancements and integrations

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• 9+ years of post-qualification experience
• Strong knowledge of India GAAP / Ind AS and working knowledge of US GAAP
• Mandatory experience with NetSuite
• Expertise in revenue and lease accounting, fixed assets, and consolidations
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, global, multi-entity environment
