About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and prepare project deliverables and contract documentation
- Manage contractual records, correspondence, and change management
- Provide guidance and training on contract matters to project managers and staff
- Implement contract management procedures and oversee SLA compliance
- Liaise with client support functions including procurement, finance, and legal
- Assess bidder proposals, contractor claims, and manage variation requests
- Conduct negotiations for bid processes and claim closures
Requirements
- Proven construction contract management experience
- Knowledge of commercial and legal management of construction contract risks
- Experience with contract formulation, RFP suites, and scopes of work
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural diverse environment
- Experience in technical and commercial assessment of bidder proposals
Preferred Qualifications
- FIDIC experience
- Forensic delay analysis skills
- Business or technical degree
- 10-17 years of professional experience with at least 8 years in Project Contracts Management
- Professional accreditation and industry certifications
