Senior Manager, Contracts

Responsibilities

• Lead key pursuits and manage contract execution for the Alternate Missions and Space portfolio
• Collaborate with Portfolio Directors, Program Managers, and Supply Chain to ensure successful contract execution
• Provide guidance to senior management regarding contractual issues, rights, obligations, and risk mitigation
• Analyze RFPs, RFIs, and Broad Agency Announcements (BAA)
• Negotiate contracts and conduct proposal reviews to coordinate customer responses
• Develop Intellectual Property strategies and novel contracting approaches
• Ensure negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies

Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
• Experience in Contracts Administration, Program Management, Finance, Subcontracts, or Supply Chain
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret security clearance required prior to start date
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret clearance after start date

Preferred Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance
• Proficiency in contract fundamentals with knowledge of FAR and DFARS
• Experience bidding or managing development contracts in fast-paced, competitive environments
• Ability to understand financial aspects of contracts and risk quantification
• Familiarity with Other Transaction Agreements, Intellectual Property, license agreements, or teaming agreements
