About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the brand P&L, delivering against revenue and profitability targets for consumer revenue lines across subscription and membership programs
  • Develop long-range plans focused on consumer-centric strategies to ensure sustainable growth
  • Establish the marketing roadmap and create comprehensive strategy briefs for creative and cross-functional teams
  • Partner with Channel teams (Site, Paid, CRM) to develop testing agendas and A/B rollout plans to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate with Analytics to refine pricing, offer structures, and paywall strategies to increase ARPU and LTV
  • Drive product innovation by partnering with Editorial, Audience Development, and Product teams to develop new content and gating proposals
  • Manage multiple priority initiatives through to completion, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and accountability against business goals

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of proven track record in digital marketing, media, or consumer revenue
  • Experience managing 360-degree campaigns with a focus on subscription or membership models
  • High proficiency in using marketing and data dashboards to inform strategic decision-making
  • Expert ability to work cross-functionally across Editorial, Product, Analytics, and Commercial teams
  • Strong project management skills with experience briefing creative teams and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • A genuine passion for the design landscape
