About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead consumer learning for the Lume and Mando brands to maintain category leadership
  • Act as the expert on core consumer segments, attitudes, behaviors, and emerging trends
  • Influence brand strategy and build learning roadmaps to uncover consumer pain points and unmet needs
  • Partner with brand marketing, innovation, and retail/DTC teams to optimize initiatives and communications
  • Translate business questions into research objectives and manage multiple primary market research projects
  • Synthesize and communicate actionable insights to brand teams and senior management
  • Enhance insights processes to improve the quality of consumer and category intelligence

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree or MBA preferred
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in consumer insights
  • Proven track record of executing high-impact research studies
  • Experience with DIY quantitative and qualitative research tools
  • Strong data storytelling and synthesis skills
  • Experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands preferred
