About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead consumer learning for the Lume and Mando brands to maintain category leadership
- Act as the expert on core consumer segments, attitudes, behaviors, and emerging trends
- Influence brand strategy and build learning roadmaps to uncover consumer pain points and unmet needs
- Partner with brand marketing, innovation, and retail/DTC teams to optimize initiatives and communications
- Translate business questions into research objectives and manage multiple primary market research projects
- Synthesize and communicate actionable insights to brand teams and senior management
- Enhance insights processes to improve the quality of consumer and category intelligence
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree or MBA preferred
- 7+ years of progressive experience in consumer insights
- Proven track record of executing high-impact research studies
- Experience with DIY quantitative and qualitative research tools
- Strong data storytelling and synthesis skills
- Experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or lifestyle brands preferred
