Senior Manager, Consulting

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and delivery of high-quality, strategic solutions for life sciences clients
• Oversee entire programs or multiple workstreams, managing risks and resolving issues
• Synthesize scientific, operational, and market data to provide executive-level recommendations
• Contribute to firm growth by developing new service offerings and intellectual capital
• Cultivate and manage high-value relationships with senior stakeholders
• Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
• Identify business development opportunities and expand professional networks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field
• 6+ years of progressive experience in life science consulting
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects
• Strong expertise in project and program management methodologies
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for executive audiences
• Deep understanding of relationship management and stakeholder influence

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as MS, MBA, or PhD
• Familiarity with Vynamic’s specific sectors and service offerings
