Senior Manager Consultant Change

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage large-scale change programs focusing on digital and IT transformations
• Lead and coach teams of consultants to ensure high-quality project delivery
• Design change visions and provide expert advice on strategy and execution
• Drive sustainable behavioral change and digital adoption within client organizations
• Contribute to business development by participating in proposals and sales activities
• Develop new methodologies, tools, and knowledge within the Program & Change Acceleration team

Requirements

• 9+ years of relevant professional experience in change management and consultancy
• Master's degree (WO-opleiding), preferably in a business or organizational field
• Deep expertise in change management methodologies and project management
• Proven experience with IT transformations (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Salesforce, Cloud migrations)
• Strong analytical, communicative, and entrepreneurial skills
• Fluency in both Dutch and English
• Must work and live in the Netherlands
