About the role

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the Connectivity Analytics & AI roadmap, aligning with Digital Data & AI standards and the Helios platform.
  • Identify and prioritize high-value use cases such as data quality, validation automation, and predictive reliability.
  • Lead the development and governance of connectivity data products, including semantic models, curated datasets, and dashboards.
  • Apply AI/ML and GenAI capabilities to engineering workflows, including fault detection, anomaly detection, and AI-assisted diagnostics.
  • Manage a portfolio of analytics and AI initiatives, ensuring disciplined execution from pilot to production.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of analytics engineers, data engineers, and applied AI professionals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to Connectivity leadership, driving enterprise-wide change management and adoption.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data/Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Proven experience leading analytics or AI initiatives within complex engineering or technology environments.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience, including managing managers and technical professionals.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous engineering problems into scalable, production-ready data and AI solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or an MBA.
  • Experience with connected systems, telematics, IoT data, or cloud-based embedded ecosystems.
  • Hands-on familiarity with modern data platforms, analytics tooling, and ML/AI delivery patterns.
  • Experience operating within a governed enterprise AI environment.
