Senior Manager Component Verification

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of component verification engineers in the PSS Component Verification Lab in Melaka
• Manage section activities and execution quality to achieve team KPIs and division expectations
• Drive personnel development through training, on-the-job training, and project activities to ensure professional growth
• Provide technical leadership in problem-solving and project execution, assigning experts to ensure successful task completion
• Act as the interface to the global organization, ensuring alignment and correlation with worldwide labs
• Communicate effectively with business partners, business lines, and manufacturing colleagues to ensure productive execution

Requirements

• PhD, Master’s, or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Physics, Microelectronics, or Semiconductor Technology
• Minimum 8 years of experience in semiconductor test, product engineering, or device validation
• 2–3 years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
• Strong technical knowledge in power discrete product electrical verification
• Experience with lab instrumentation and bench validation
• Solid background in test methodologies, data analysis, and engineering problem-solving
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills in a global matrixed organization
