Senior Manager, Compensation

Responsibilities

• Help develop and articulate Brex’s total rewards strategy and long-term vision
• Manage Compensation programs, including benchmarking and surveys to maintain market positioning
• Oversee annual merit cycles to ensure pay parity and competitive compensation
• Promote understanding of compensation philosophies across all levels of the organization
• Lead initiatives to refine and evolve the compensation model as the company scales
• Measure and track key compensation and hiring-related leading indicators
• Partner with business leaders and People Partners to refine roles and incentive models
• Work with Recruiting and Finance teams to maintain offer competitiveness and fiscal responsibility
• Produce ad hoc analyses for business or Compensation Committee needs
• Aide in the completion of regulatory compliance reports

Requirements

• 8+ years of work experience in Compensation administration
• Exceptional attention to detail, prioritization, and time management skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet challenging deadlines
• Comfortable with ambiguity
• Strong planning, project management, organizational, and communication skills
• Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Pave knowledge is a plus
• Strong presentation skills
• Prior project management experience
• Prior startup experience
