Senior Manager, Community

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term community growth strategies aligned with Mexico's business objectives
• Oversee the execution of brand campaigns, community programs, and local activations
• Manage annual community funds, ensuring strategic resource investment and optimized ROI
• Analyze market data, guest insights, and campaign performance to optimize budgets and brand presence
• Lead and mentor a team of four community leaders to drive excellence across all Mexico stores
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances to support long-term brand development
• Integrate ambassador collectives into activations to increase brand connection and visibility

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in retail or consumer-focused organizations
• 5+ years of experience in team leadership with a focus on talent development
• Proven expertise in project management and managing diverse, simultaneous projects
• Strong ability to use data and metrics to drive strategic decision-making
• Extensive experience in event planning (both virtual and in-person)
• Skilled in contract negotiation and managing strategic alliances
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
