About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of representatives to develop property owner and manager relationships to increase subscriber penetration in MDU properties
- Develop, implement, and measure Community Account Sales and marketing programs and initiatives
- Manage team performance by identifying and using key activity and productivity metrics to ensure success
- Ensure all representatives are trained on product offerings, branding messages, and current promotions through various learning plans
- Align operational plans with business objectives and contribute to functional strategy development
- Work with IT and other departments to ensure appropriate sales routing and assignment distribution
- Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance to drive business results
Requirements
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience
- Experience managing professional employees
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, though a combination of coursework and experience may be considered
