Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy

Responsibilities

• Lead North America commercial strategy and annual planning for Dungeons & Dragons
• Set annual revenue and margin targets in partnership with Sales
• Identify and size growth opportunities in underpenetrated channels or emerging retailers
• Partner with Trade Marketing to define retail fixture strategy and product positioning
• Collaborate across teams to manage product launches and resolve inventory or transition blockers
• Monitor performance using scorecards, seasonal reviews, and launch retrospectives

Requirements

• 6-10 years in commercial strategy, category management, or business planning
• Experience in consumer products, retail, eCommerce, games, or entertainment
• Strong analytical and financial skills
• Experience building channel strategies, assortment, pricing, and merchandising plans
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in hobby or specialty retail
