About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead North America commercial strategy and annual planning for Dungeons & Dragons
- Set annual revenue and margin targets in partnership with Sales
- Identify and size growth opportunities in underpenetrated channels or emerging retailers
- Partner with Trade Marketing to define retail fixture strategy and product positioning
- Collaborate across teams to manage product launches and resolve inventory or transition blockers
- Monitor performance using scorecards, seasonal reviews, and launch retrospectives
Requirements
- 6-10 years in commercial strategy, category management, or business planning
- Experience in consumer products, retail, eCommerce, games, or entertainment
- Strong analytical and financial skills
- Experience building channel strategies, assortment, pricing, and merchandising plans
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in hobby or specialty retail
