Senior Manager, Commercial Strategy & Analytics

Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Europe Commercial with strategic analyses and business insights to inform executive decision-making.
• Develop executive presentations, leadership materials, dashboards, and business performance reporting.
• Analyze commercial, operational, and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Drive and coordinate high-impact strategic initiatives and operational follow-up across various functions and countries.
• Support strategic planning processes, business reviews, and leadership meetings.
• Act as a trusted partner to create structure, prioritization, and transparency in a fast-paced international environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in top-tier management consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain).
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences.
• Exceptional quantitative problem-solving skills and experience working with complex datasets.
• Strong business acumen and a structured, hypothesis-driven approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to navigate cross-functional stakeholder environments and support senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience or educational background related to the biotech or pharmaceutical industry.
