About the role
Responsibilities
- Hire, manage, and mentor a diverse team of Account Executives in the APAC region
- Drive product growth and revenue by building meaningful customer relationships
- Participate in customer and prospect meetings to support sales efforts
- Assist in the continual training, development, and career growth of team members
- Help craft and develop sales processes and strategic initiatives
- Deliver weekly forecast meetings and mentor team members on winning strategies
Requirements
- 6+ years of sales experience, preferably within the SaaS industry
- 2+ years of management experience
- Proven track record of leading successful sales teams in a technical and competitive landscape
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional years of management experience specifically within a SaaS company
- Experience using or working with Figma or other UX/UI tools
- Familiarity with Command of the Message or MEDDIC sales methodologies
