Senior Manager, Commercial MSAT, Polysaccharide

Responsibilities

• Lead launch readiness and commercial supply of polysaccharides used in glycoconjugate vaccines
• Provide strategic and scientific leadership for polysaccharides with internal and external stakeholders
• Build and lead a highly-skilled global team focused on polysaccharide manufacturing processes
• Continuously improve process understanding and robustness through monitoring and optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Regulatory, CMC, Quality, and Supply Chain
• Lead execution of process validation and comparability activities
• Author and review technical regulatory filings and respond to health authority inquiries
• Support technical services including materials management and data analytics

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical/Biochemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related discipline
• 5+ years experience (PhD), 8+ years (MS), or 12+ years (BS)
• Experience in development, tech transfer, scale-up, or production of polysaccharide/protein conjugate vaccines
• Extensive experience in biologic production (bacterial fermentation, recovery, and purification)
• Experience in MSAT or Process Development within matrixed team roles
• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Raman spectroscopy and off-gas analyzers for process monitoring
• Experience with data visualization tools for analysis and trending
