Senior Manager, Commercial Excellence

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach a team of commercial excellence professionals within the US Cardiometabolic business unit.
• Drive demand planning, sales forecasting, and commercial sales incentive planning and payouts.
• Optimize sales force effectiveness through territory design, segmentation, and targeting concepts.
• Manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and associated systems to ensure data integrity and actionable insights.
• Develop and implement reporting tools to track KPIs, pipeline opportunities, and win/loss metrics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, sales, and supply chain to align commercial execution with business strategies.
• Manage vendor contracts and relationships for data services, including Salesforce and Microsoft Fabric.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, computer/data science, engineering, or a healthcare-related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in sales, marketing, finance, or commercial excellence.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and Microsoft Fabric environments.
• Experience with B2B sales and commercial pipeline management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
