Senior Manager Commercial Development

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategic and commercial initiatives across Global Sales & Distribution
• Provide strategic leadership and stakeholder oversight to deliver complex, business-wide initiatives
• Enhance Corporate and Agency Dealing frameworks and engage with key Airline partners
• Set direction, build team capability, and foster collaboration across Revenue Management, Loyalty, Marketing, Legal, and Communications
• Drive measurable outcomes through strong planning, governance, and execution

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in strategy, commercial development, consulting, or related commercial leadership
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing successful commercial and business strategies
• Strong commercial acumen balancing strategic, financial, operational, and technology considerations
• Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders and Executive Management
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Proven people leadership capability, including coaching and motivating high-performing teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a complex, fast-paced environment
